Brent H. Jordan

Born in Golden Valley, Minnesota, Brent H. Jordan’s family relocated to Alabama, where he attended public schools graduating from Grissom High School in Huntsville. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Athens State University in 1996, where he was also named Dean’s Scholar and Political Science Student of the Year. He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2000, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Jordan was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and a member of Southern Illinois Inns of Court. He also was the recipient of the Dean’s Academic Scholarship and the Corpus Juris Secundum Scholarship, which is awarded to law students who excel in civil tort litigation.

Following law school, Mr. Jordan was honored to be employed by the United States of America, where he served as a Judicial Clerk to Federal Judge C. Lynwood Smith, of the United State District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Since that time, he has dedicated his professional life to representing individuals who are victims of injury, fraud, abuse, and other civil wrongs. He is a member of the Madison County Bar Association; the Alabama Bar Association.; the American Bar Association; the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association; and, the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America).

Mr. Jordan is an active member of the Huntsville Amateur Hockey Association, the UAH Chargers ice hockey team’s Blue Line Club, and attends church in Madison, Alabama. He is married to Shelley Jordan. They reside in Harvest, Alabama with their children, Taylor, Kylie, and Layla.

Jody Greer

Joseph “Jody” Greer was born in Montgomery, Alabama on May 19, 1970. He graduated from LAMP at Sidney Lanier High School with an Advanced Honors Diploma in 1988. Mr. Greer attended Auburn University and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-law, Criminal Justice. Mr. Greer attended Jones School of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in January, 1998. Mr. Greer was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1998 and is admitted to practice in federal court before the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama.

Mr. Greer has dedicated his professional life to representing individuals who are victims of injury, abuse, work accidents, negligence, and other civil wrongs. He has a particular specialization in representing employees who are hurt in on-the-job accidents with their employers.

Mr. Greer is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice. He is married to Jeanne Baird Greer and they have two children, Jake and Bailey. Mr. Greer is also a member of Weatherly Heights Baptist Church.
